My name is Corinne. About 10 years ago, I decided to make some drastic changes in my how I live my life, and I haven't looked back!
I have a best friend who has many chronic health issues that make day to day tasks a challenge. She started putting things she knew she would need each day in certain places around her house to take care of her "Tomorrow Me".
Some days that tomorrow version could remember where things were and other times it might be a challenge. If she just got in the habit of putting things in a certain place each night and doing specific tasks before bed, she would be setting her tomorrow self up for success.
That's when a light bulb went off for me! I remembered the airplane rule: You can't take care of others if you don't take care of yourself first!!
Throughout most of my life, I have felt that my brain doesn't work like others. I have struggled with feeling burnt out, over worked, not able to fully express my needs and put myself on the backburner all while trying to "make it all work".
I learned that I didn't ask for help when I needed it, I didn't take breaks when I should, and I didn't set myself up for success. I felt like I was constantly just trying to keep my head above water.
Throughout my 30's, I took the time to look back on many those habits, traits, behaviors, and ways that I functioned as I walked through a day and realized I wasn't working smarter, I was working harder.
Life is a learning journey, and I believe each experience, good or bad, is a lesson.
Now with 10 years of personal work, implementing daily changes, working through past habits and behaviors that don't serve the version of myself I want to be, I have come to a point where I feel like I need to share this knowledge with others.
I have taken those lessons and used what worked for me to build this program with the goal of helping others to feel like they have the control in how each day flows and becoming the person they have hoped to be.
Over the years I have looked into so many programs and routines to figure out the ones that work for me.
That process can be grueling.
Some of the ideas can work for one person and be detrimental to another.
I have taken some of the best ideas, practices, and habits and put them into a program that not only explains the how but the why. When we are working on major life changes, we need to fully understand the process to be successful.
